Jeremiah Wright is My Hero!

That might seem an odd thing for a reasonable and patriotic person to say about someone who's favorite slogan is "damn America" and who thinks HIV was invented by the U.S to kill black people as part of some conspiracy, but I can't hide my true feelings about "Reverend" Wright any longer. As recently as a few weeks ago America looked like it was headed for a tragedy. A charismatic, but dangerous politician by the name of Barrack Hussein Obama had duped his way to within throwing distance from the White House. The BHO Craze was taking the nation by storm. It seemed that in just a few short months a traitor would be in control of our own government.

That is about the time when Mr. Wright showed and exposed BHO for what he truly is, a dangerous man seeking to destroy America from within. Americans aren't stupid, they might be able to be fooled by a slick talking politician trained in the art of trickery, but they sure won't be fooled by his slightly more candid preacher. There is no way that someone would listen to a preacher for twenty years and not agree with most of what he had to say. America owes Jeremiah Wright a big 'thank you' for exposing BHO. In fact let me be the first to thank Mr. Wright by suggesting that the next President bestow upon him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

I don't think Americans are stupid; I think most Americans are complacent. As long as they have a nice home, car, food and other luxuries, and aren't taxed within an inch of their paycheck, they will vote for whoever seems to be the most popular candidate. The media has made Barack Hussein Obama the most popular. Practically none of the American public will take the time to investigate the real Obama. It is up to blogs like yours and mine to help educate others. Unfortunately, our blogs aren't the popular line at the moment.

When the JW story broke a few months ago I predicted it was the end of Obama's quest for the presidency.

He might still the nomination -- He's got the numbers and Hillary doesn't, but he can't beat McCain.

Red state America is going to continue to ask 'How could he have stayed in that church for 20 years?'

There are simply too many questions and doubts about his experience, his judgment, his policies and his qualifications.

What Obama is doing is right from the pages of Mein Kamp, you'd think that the leftards would learn from history.

Jeremiah is a certified Hero, and not for the reasons you state, but for the fact that this Veteran of TWO Armed Services, (USN and USMC) and who, as a paramedic in the Marines, is the person who saved the President of the United States' very life, i.e. Lyndon Baines Johnson, from a heart attack, and is the recipient of over 20 Honorary Degrees and is fully supported by his Denomination as one of their most successful Ministers.

He has every WRIGHT to say the things he has said about persons who would discredit this Bona Fide American Hero.

and by the way....your statements really look foolish now, don't they?

I stated his service in reverse order.

Actually, Dr. Wright gave up his student deferment, unlike Romney, to Volunteer for the USMC in 1961 and when his service was over in the Marines, he volunteered for the Navy and as a NAVY paramedic, he is credited in 1966 with saving the life of President Lyndon Baines Johnson.

Small difference, and everything else was correctly stated.
